My wife's students in the Durham Academy junior class are using these for reflective journaling on their civil rights tour.

They are very simple -- inkjet printed covers and pamphlet stitch -- but Edith tells me that the kids like them.

Reflecting on the things that had happened in our life is important. If you do not reflect on the things that happened to you, then how will you become a better person? I believe that people need to go under all sorts of reflecting. I, for one, want to be a better person that I am today. If I can be that person again, then that is all that matters to me. Please, just let me be that person again.
